Course for work-related stress assessment

Work-related stressis defined as “a condition that may be accompanied by disorders or dysfunctions of a physical, psychological or social nature and is a consequence of the fact that some individuals do not feel able to respond to the demands or expectations placed on them” (definition proposed in the European Agreement of 8 October 2004 and the Inter-Confederation Agreement of 9 June 2008).
The assessment is carried out following the indications provided by the Permanent Advisory Commission for Health and Safety at Work, pursuant to articles 6 paragraph 8 letter m-quater, and 28 paragraph 1-bis, of Legislative Decree no. 81/08, and disclosed through the Ministerial Circular of 18/11/2010.

With a frequency of at least 90% at the course and following passing the final test, each participant will receive a certificate of participation pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08, which is valid throughout the national territory.
